Service Voucher Terms and Conditions 1. Service Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Rescheduling of appointments requires a minimum of 48 hour’s notice. Limit to 3 reschedules, after which voucher is null and void. Voucher is valid for one year from purchase date. 2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their needs and preferences for the services booked 3. Liability and Disclaimers: Our doula services are provided by trained professionals. It is important to note that we are not medical professionals, and the care we provide is not a substitute for medical care. Clients should always consult with their healthcare providers for medical advice and guidance. While we aim to provide the highest quality support and assistance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients acknowledge and accept any associated risks. 4. Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of our clients’ information and never sell or share personal information with third parties without explicit consent. All client information shared during the course of our services is kept strictly confidential. 5. Modifications and Governing Law: These terms and conditions are subject to modification at any time. 6. Service voucher is not transferable Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. By purchasing our doula services or Service Voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ***If your chosen doula or support service is unable to make the appointment, you will be offered an alternative doula or a possibility to reschedule.
